What shipping provider do you use?
- Domestic orders are shipped with UPS. International order is either shipped using UPS World Express or USPS depending on location.
What is the status of my order?
- Once your order has been processed, A tracking link will be sent to the email provided. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for status updates to appear.
What if i need to update or cancel my order?
- We're unable to make any changes/updates once an order has been processed. To request to cancel your order, please contact us at wanderlust@lostandwander.com as soon as possible and we will send you a confirmation once done.
What if the item I ordered is on sale/promo, will you match the new price?
- We do not offer price adjustments for items that have been marked down and all promotional discounts are exclusive to the specific time frame and event.
What if i returned an item marked as Final Sale?
- Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return. If you send back an item marked as Final Sale, it will not be processed and we are not responsible in sending back to you.
